Just average and completely overpriced/overrated resort. Went here reading the reviews on triadvisor but was totally disappointed at the end. This is just a very very basic and average sort of a resort and the price like a 4 star. I spent 45000 for 4 adults and a kid for 2 days.they hike the rates on a sat /sun. And this amount is only for their standard rooms. Not at all worth the money... They gave us an all inclusive package of all meals and so it sounds good but in reality the food is so horrible and tasteless that you wish you wouldn't have eaten here and the money they charge in the package not at all justified. The view is the only decent thing here but not worth going and spending only for that. Rooms are extremely basic. Am sure if one searches thoroughly or takes actual reviews from friends you would be able to find a better place for the price. Not recommended at all.

Savana - The lake resort One of the best resorts I have visited in Maharashtra till now. Each and every corner of the resort takes us to an awe inspiring expression. All the sections of the property are aesthetically great. With a beautiful lake view in front of the resort, with a charming chirping sound of the birds, with a great scenery in the vicinity of the place... This resort makes worth a visit. Facilities provided by the resort are top notch. Especially talking about the quality of food, they have a pretty eclectic choice of options available and thus satisfying the appetite of the guests. Rooms are perfectly furnished and equipped with all the necessities. Savana has a great diversity of plants with wide range of lawns which makes a perfect fit for families and friends get together. They also have boating activity in the lake. With a beautiful bucolic setting around the lake, Savana stands out among the other resorts in that area. A one time stay will definitely tempt the guests to visit again and again in the resort.

Excellent property to stay with family away from city Location is excellent. It is away from Nashik city but not too far. Natural environment. Spacious facilities and good to spend time with family. Staff is courteous. Cleanliness is acceptable and food is great.

Ye Dil Mange More! This picturesque and well managed Resort is perfectly located to experience the best of nature - A silent Lake, group of mountains and endless blue sky welcomes you when you enter the Resort. (This view is also available from your Room/Villas). I saw guests asking for extension of stay due to the love with nature. I will divide my review in various categories: Excellent: 1. The Location - Even Taj Gateway wouldn't be a good match due to the vast openness and perfect view of lake, mountains and sky 2. The Rooms (Villas) - Most of Villa are Lake facing, except Deluxe cottages. (We stayed in Executive Villas) 3. Amenities & Recreation - Enough options for kids to enjoy and stay engaged - Right from open gardens to slides and indoor games 4. Hotel Manager (Mr. Manickam) - Experienced, Polite and always ready to go extra mile for Guests. He personally takes care of few things w.r.t cleanliness and availability of essentials 5. Nursery at the reception - If you are a plants lover Good: 1. Restaurant & Food - Quality of Food is decent, Service is the best on quieter day. Panner Kadai, Dal Khichdi was outstanding. Variety of food is limited (Not available - Pizzas, South Indian and even traditional Marathi food) 2. Room Service - Villas are scattered and hence it would take bit longer for your essentials or cleaning to take place. 3. Kitchen manager (Mr. Shaikh) - Friendly and eager to serve the Menu. Make sure you connect with him, to get a customized meal of your choice. He will prepare to the best with a smile on his face Work in Progress: 1. No alcohol served at the moment. But one carry their own (Sula wineyards is very close) 2. No Wi-Fi at the moment. The Resort believes in being with nature, which is great thing. Only Jio works... :-( 3. Travel to and from the Resort is not recommended after sunset. The resort is amid a Tribal area which may be risky while travelling with Family.

Peaceful on a weekday. Awesome location , Nice property for relaxing . Restaurant has good food. We had gone on a Friday and the place was quite empty, Saturday fills up with travellers . There aren't any options for restaurants near by but the restaurant at the resort is nice.

Feedback Good spot next to the lake. Excellent to isolate from the city life for some peace and quiet. Hope that boating and swimming can begin soon as well. Food quality in the restaurant was also good for lunch and dinner. However breakfast needs to be improved.

Excellent place and value for money Excellent location, every room is facing the lake. super awesome and helpful staff. Great place to be away from the city chaos. our stay was only for a night but would love to visit this place again and spend some quality time.

Location and service is excellent Location of the resort is very well placed besides the lake ad surrounded by the hills, very peaceful for a relaxed holiday, service staff are very courteous. Even though some facilities are not top class, the hospitality is very good, food is also very good and also the view from the restaurant

New Management unprofessional,sad I have been a great admirer of Savana resorts since 3 years Have given great ratings n positive reviews... Mainly beause of great Management and being Pet Friendly resort The Manager Mr.Singh and his asst.Mr Ganesh Jha really won our hearts with care n courtsey during our various visits in 3 years for all occasions including my,Pet dog Smile's birthdays After the Covid 19 the Management changed under the new GM Mr.Manickam Sad to say...my recent interactions have been very disappointing I was contacted by the sales team that the resort is open snd i can stay but the GM and his assist.mr.Lakhan didnt seem inclined to accomodate and welcome us as the past GM did On many occasions the Lied that the resort was full or quoted exhorbitant rates to dissuade us In december 2020 i came across ths savana.in website and was shocked to the difference in online booking and what mr.Manickam quoted was above rs.3000 /- Also adding PET CHARGES RS.1000/- Which i was never charged before ( can show proof) I went online in Jan 2021 for and booked one night on my birthday 10th Jan.21 When i checked in i was told to pay Rs.1,500 /- pet charges which increased without any intimation and IS NOT EVEN MENTIONED on the website. Luckily Mr.Ganesh Jha was back at the reception after 9 months who made me calm down and requested GM to waive or reduce which GM glatly refused Rs.500 is no big deal but it seemed like GM was punishing me for booking online. He didnt contact me inspite of my grievance

Family Holiday Our stay at Savanah Lake Resort Nashik was indeed a wonderful experience. The natural surroundings of the lake, the gardens, the lawns are indeed awesome. The General Manager Mr. Manickam and the Restaurant Manager Mr. Shaikh were indeed very hospitable and the services were good. The food was excellent n all staff courteous n pleasant. Indeed a wonderful getaway from the hustle of city life. Would highly recommend for a holiday with family. Last year Feb 2020, we had our school reunion with 30 people and it was an awesome experience. Lynn Dias
