Covid Safety Compliant as per guidelines issued by Ministry of Health and Welfare
Guest
- Minimum human contact check-in and check-out procedure using cash free methods of payment. Photo identification to be shared by guest digitally
- Temperature check of every guest on check-in
- Hand sanitizer dispenser at reception, restaurant, conference hall and common use areas
- Past travel history of every guest and accompanying members recorded upon before check-in using a health declaration form
- Luggage will be disinfected before check-in
- No newspapers, books, board games or any common use & touch material will be provided
Staff
- Daily temperature check of every single staff
- PPE kits to cleaning staff performing disinfectants for deep cleaning
- Kitchen and restaurant staff equipped with hand gloves, hair covers and face masks
Rooms & Premises
- Deep cleaning of rooms especially common touch points like furniture, remote, telephone, veranda, toilets etc using disinfectants before guest checks-in
- Regular fogging of outdoor premises and garden areas
- Only pre-packaged water to be served
- Swimming pool shall remain closed
Restaurant
- Tables placed at safe distance from each other
- Plates and cutlery pre-cleaned using hot water
- Restaurant will be sanistised and cleaned several times in a day
